How to compress images for jee mains application form? Mine is already 66kb and 42kb after cutting..

The most simplest way of changing the dimensions or reducing the size of the image is, you can simply use the paint in your computer.
Select your photo.
First try to crop it as required then go for the resize option.
There you change the resolution of the image.
For a 40KB image the width should be less than 300, so once you set that length changes automatically.
Then save the image and check with the size. It will reduce. If you do not save then there will not be any changes done and you can not see them. So save and then check.
