You can visit the official website of NTA and go to CONTACT SECTION.From there you will get all the contract details (emial,phone number) and tell them if any mistake is there in your admit card.

Inorder to contact with the NTA you need to surf their official website through which you can be able to get their official mail id and their contact details via which you can contact them and ellaborate your respective issue.
