How to control anxiety as my. Exams are nearer

It's okay to have that anxiety but try to make it less as possible as you can. It might leads you to attempt the question in wrong way.
If you feel like nervous then try to put your both hands under the flow of tap water.
Try to do some exercise in the early morning and evening like skipping, jogging, walking.. Anything is fine.. Try to make your body that studying is not only the work you have.. Fitness is important. Now the major term is sleep, in order to make your brain function well at least you need to sleep for 6 hours.

You need to relax for sometimes then.After it plan and prepare for all of your exams.Always be confident and calm while you are going to write your exams.Enjoy your exam preparations and don't panic about the exams.Do meditations everyday to relax your mind.
