The correction facility has not been provided by MHT CET conducting authorities this year. However, if there is a minor mistake which can be rectified by submitting proven documents, I guess there should not be much problem.
Also, MHT CET 2018 admit card is available now. Therefore, I don't think the correction facility will be provided now. However, you can always write to the authorities regarding your concern and if they find genuine they will definitely get back to you.
