How to decide carrer for ourself?

There are couple of ways how to determine your future. One is through SWOT Analysis. This is nothing but writing down your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. You need to write down Solving problems as your Strength if you are good at Mathematics. If you are good at communicating in English, then you should write the same as your strength. But if you are scared of living creatures like cockroaches or frogs or earth worms, then you should put this under your threats. If you are interested in becoming a pilot, then you should put in under Opportunity. And something that you are not good at may be like Physics or Chemistry for example, should go under Weaknesses. Now once you have written down all of these, also write down the possible career options that you can think of under Strengths and Opportunities. If for Example, because Mathematics is your strength, you can write B.Tech, B.Sc Acturial Sciences, B.Sc Mathematics, etc as your career options. And once you write them down for each of your strengths and opportunities, take an Career Aptitude test. There are many Career Aptitude tests that are available online for free. You have to answer the questions and suggestions for your career will come up. This will help you decide what you can do in the future based on your strengths and areas of Opportunities.This will open up a lot of ideas for you as to where your interest and passion lies.
