hi,
see robotics and computer science engineering is two different course, and you can do bachelors in this two simultaneously. yes, after completing b.tech in cse you can certainly go for mtech courses on robotics engineering. there is many institute which provides certificates course on robotics, embedded system, microprocessor and micro controllers etc, you can do this course while you study cse in bachelors degree.
