Kindly follow these steps to download any certificate:-
1-Kindly visit the playstore and download the digilocker app.
2-Now go through the registration process by entering your details including security pin, gender ,name , phone number and other stuffs.
3-Now after registration you would be able to see an option for downloading your certificates so you can choose that.
