You can go to the websites of ALLEN, Aakash, FIITJEE, Resonance, etc. They release the memory based papers just after a few hours of the examination. Although the papers are not 100% accurate, but they definitely give you an idea about how you performed in the paper.
Moreover, NTA releases the papers with the response sheet of the answers that you selected during the exam, and you will get the paper from there, although it takes a few week till this gets release.
