hello aspirant,
to download lateral entry btech syllabus please go to the official websites of the particular university or college where you want to pursue btech and want to join as lateral entry. however the lateral student join in the second year of btech. so from second year to final year btech full time syllabus of any particular stream is same for lateral students also.

Official site of LN college
Official website of the affiliated university
Different private website like sarvgyan, etc; are also there theough with you can download the syllabus easily.
