You can use a ink pad used in many of the institutions or at home you can use gel pens too. Then put a mark on a blank white paper. Then scan it and resize the image as per requirements and finally upload it.

Hi Rajesh,
Take a thumb impression (using black or blue ink pad) on a piece of blank white paper and scan it. The file will then be available in jpeg/jpg format on your computer which then has to be uploaded in the application form. You can use any online available tools to resize your scanned copy of the thumb impression according to the specifications mentioned by the authorities.
