    Hey there,


    If the result portal sends login details to your old school's email and you have changed schools, you usually need to contact the exam authority or your new school to update/recover your login details.

    Provide your name, roll/application number, DOB, old school and new school details and request account recovery. Don't create a duplicate account unless instructed.

    Tell me the exam/board name, and I can give you the exact recovery procedure.
