I assume you are asking about neet biology preparation.
see in neet exam most of the questions will be form biology and this is not same with your 10+2 board exam type, exam is fully mcq based and you need to make the correct option, now this requires hard work and practices , since exam will be of 3 hours duration , so make a proper schedule and practice of time management by giving ample number of test at home.
you may follow arihant or mtg publications books for practicing.
