Relax yourself.
Listen to calm music
If possible, study at sea beach, write formulas on sand.
Study and work hard but also give time to rest.
Drink cool sharbat and ice-cream, it really reliefs.
Take intervals of 10 minutes after every hour.
Try to relate concepts with practical world.
Speak with people around you on some other topics other than studies for some time period.
Jee is not everything as there are many other ways and chances you will get in future to reach peak of success.
So number 1, stress is not bad.
Now, how do you cool off? That depends on you. What makes you feel at peace?
For me, I used to go for a jog every alternate evening when I was preparing for JEE. A short 5-10 minute jog, every alternate day.
Is there something like this that you enjoy? That'll be best for blowing steam. You know better, after all it's about you.
Finally, trust me when I say this, clearing JEE doesn't mean your life will suddenly become very easy. And failing to clear it doesn't mean the world ended.
So take it for what it is, Just An Exam.
