Dear best way to get a seat in top engineering college is you have to give particular state engineering entrance exam and get rank in topper list than you get easily top college and your choose branch easily that's the only method to get a very good college. If you are in topper list then doesn't matter which state you belong.

I didn't attend any entrance exam conducted by kerala colleges, i want to go with payment seat in any good college in kerala, i got 8 points out of 10 in 10+2 in Inter board of AP. Please advise me.
