I won't lie but you may not get 600 marks in 1 and half months if you start from scratch as syllabus of NEET examination is very wide and vast , so I hope your basics are clear and you were preparing for neet examination before.

To get good marks in NEET examination like 600 or more follow the below mentioned tips -

Give priority to ncert :-To prepare for neet exam first of all go through ncert to clear your basic concepts and take the help of reference book to understand the topics you find difficult to understand, Ncert is really good for clearing your basic concepts especially for biology, you can follow books like Trueman's biology as well for reference and follow books like hc verma for physics and op Tandon for chemistry, almost 95% of the questions in NEET are from NCERT.

• Make routine or timetable :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice

• Practice questions after finishing each chapter you should practice at least 80 -100 mcqs from that chapter

• keep revising your concepts at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days .

• After completing the syllabus, go for mock test series
