Possibly!!!
I don't know current scenario about cutoff , but about 4 years ago one of my friend with same scenario + 10 marks made it to Grant Medical, Bombay. So with bit high competition at this moment , you can possibly make it to other government colleges except Mumbai & Pune.
But let time decide, still keep fingers crossed and hope for best !!!
