How to get free exit after joining seat by AIQ I counselling,if get college of choice from AIIMS II,as the AIQ II will also be over by then?

First of all, you should declare at the time of admission in college allocated through AIQ that you want to go for round two. Only then canceling of admission will be allowed later. Then after state seat is alloted you have to go the first college, contact the dean or other officials there and ask to withdraw admission.
