Hello,
open the webpage in the pc browser any one mozila,chrome,microsoft edge. You can see the address of the webpage is written in the middle top of the screen. To the left corner there is a security symbol or a lock symbol or both. You can click it and there you can go for notification section and make it turn on to send you notifications in your personal computer whenever you are online or your personal computer is connected to internet.
