HOW TO GET S.I.D FOR CBSE STUDENT ?
For the CBSE board examination, the students will not need a separate School Identity Document (SID). The admit cards issued by the respective schools and the identity cards, which include the name of the student, their roll number, exam centre, and other details, are enough for the verification. While downloading the results, the students will need their application number and date of birth, which are already mentioned in the CBSE board admit card . Therefore, there is no need for any additional SID for the CBSE students.
Hello Aspirant
In CBSE, there is no specific document called SID (School Identity Document). But, some documents will act as a SID for your school under the CBSE Board-
- Your Admit Card issued by the CBSE board will have essential details like the student's name, roll number, exam center, and subject codes.
- Your ID Card issued by the individual school can act as a form of identification within the school premises
- The Digital Locker, a platform provided by CBSE where students can access their marks, certificates, and other academic records digitally in which you can register for a digital locker using your CBSE roll number and other required details can act as a SID too.
Hope this helps
