Hey Akhil,
EAMCET is a very tough examination in itself. If you want to have a good rank in it, you will have to be very consistent and regular in your studies. In very short period of time, you can't prepare for this examination as you will not be able to solve the questions correctly. So in my opinion you should prepare well, and then give this exam a try. Manage your time well during the examination and maintain your speed during the exam.
