every university and college has a grievance cell where the students or teachers can lodge a complaint against anything like infrastructure, teacher or anyone. Then the authorities of grievance cell take appropriate measures z

You can talk the grievance cell committee of Osmania university in person or if their mail id is available you can write ab application there.
