Hello dear.
When you are going to give a speech in front of audience then first thing is that you should know your audience. Means whether they know your technical things or not, whether they are from your field or not.
Collect maximum possible knowledge about topic. If you feel hesitation you should practice once in front of mirror. While giving speech try to be calm composed and confident.
