These are level one test(quite easy). Regular awareness of day to day news, some grammar forum and grammerly extension of chrome can help you with GK and English respectively.

There are very basic tests and questions are centered around General Knowledge, Reasoning, English and from Journalism. You can prepare well by following newspapers, social media, and your NCERT grammar books. learn the newspapers, their founding dates, editors etc.
