Demotivation is very common in all age groups but as there is a saying 'self motivation is the key'

Hard work and complete focus is required. In order to get success first understand and recognise your short comings. Give test and focus on practice. avoid skipping difficult sections. Learn to manage time and this you will learn through practising online test. Best is go through your NCERT, it will help you alot.
