If you're asking this question from which perspective of a working professional and aim to increase your knowledge then you can enroll yourself in various certifications, attend workshop or seminar related to your work domain, follow people in your industry, try to learn about them, today the world is so small ,everything is accessible, YouTube is of great help, so does podcast, so there are various channels, you can also engage in conversations with the seniors in your field if there is something that you want to learn as personal experience always offer a different guidance, read books from great writer and this shouldn't necessarily be your work related, go beyond that sometime it helps,  but most importantly if you feel not motivated there must be a gap ,and you need to find out exactly what's that, is it related to your own personal attributes or perhaps your skill sets that you need to upgrade, does the job even interest you, a self-analysis works here.

If you wish to to increase your knowledge then I'll recommend you to read and listen a lot. You should start reading things from varied fields. Listening to podcasts or like minded people can also help you in increasing your knowledge. Work satisfaction will come only if you start enjoying your work and develop an interest in your work.
