how to know i am eligible or not for security refund of neet 2019 ????

i am an refund eligible candidate in neet ss 2019.. i got no seats against my given options in dm..still i am not getting back my security deposit of rs 2 lakh..even after the refund process was completed...what to do next? i ve contacted already to the given phone numbers in mcc site .

Dear Pradeep, MCI has released a list of Candidates who are eligible for refund of the security deposit after NEET Counselling. There is a separate list for Candidates who made their payments through Net Banking and there is a separate list for Candidates who made their payments through Card. You can check the list at: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/ . To the right of this page, you will see a heading called News/Events. You can see the information there. This has been released as on September 27th, 2019. Please visit the website and check the list under the pdf file through the mode you made the payment.
