How to know whether I have been successfully upgraded for the third counselling or not?

Hello Ashish,

If you are offered an higher preferred seat (upgraded), you will get a notification regarding it. You will need to log-in to seat allotment portal and check the allotment status, and download the letter mentioning the upgradation.

Also, please note if you get an upgradation, the seat you were offered earlier would stand cancelled.
