Sorry to say but if you are preparing for highly competitive examination like neet then there's no shortcut. You will have to work hard to cover neet syllabus .

Follow below tips

Finish ncert first then touch to any other book , ncert is really good to clear your basic concepts and you can take the help of reference book to understand difficult concepts. Almost 95% questions or more in neet are from ncert.

Practice questions after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs and keep revising your concepts whenever you feel like you are for getting some concepts .

Make routine or timetable :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around study, revise and practice
