How to make a time table and stick to it?

The whole concept revoves around the determination u have and the zeal to achieve your goal.
Prepare a timetable and try maximum to stick to it.Try to avoid ur mobile,I know it is a bit tough during the beginning but slowly you will get acquianted with it.Try to come out of ur comfort zone and work hard.
The hardwork that u put will definetly pay u in some manner.Dont get depressed when u are unable to reach your expectations.As u are in the beginning ups & falls are common.Be consistent throughout the period and with my experience I'm saying smart work is better than hard word.
