Hey there!You can apply for cast certificate online as well as offline. To apply online,
- visit your states backward class welfare portal.
- Click on "apply caste certificate online" link.
- Create an new account on the portal or you can fill the form directly as well.
- Follow the steps in the application and upload the required documents.
To apply offline, you can visit the SDM office or Tehsil nearby your residence. Get the application form from there and follow the procedures with the required documents.

you will have to write an application to the district magistrate of your area with all the necessary documents attached with the application.
he will identify the genuiness and originality of your application and then issue you a certificate of your caste.
once you get the certificate, you can present before the university for admission.
