Not to worry! If your application not submitted and money is deducted, then it will automatically refunded to your account within 10-7 working days. I would suggest you to wait for a week. Once the money is refunded, you can fill the application form again. The last day to submit the application form is April 19, so you have enough time to fill the application form.
