As per the official notification the recruitment of DC Cachar Junior Assistant will be done on the basis of entrance test comprising General English of 75 marks for which you can use Wren and Martin for grammar and practice purpose you can go through SP Bakshi's General English, Quantitative Aptitude is of 25 marks for which you can go through any standard book of competitive exam such as RK Agarwal's Book, M Tyra's Quicker Maths etc, General Knowledge is of 50 marks for which you can read newspaper for covering the dynamic portion or go through magazines like pratiyogita darpan, for static portion refer Lucent's GK or any other standard general knowledge book in the market, there will also be theory test on computer for which you can refer book by arihant publications or R Pillai, and language such as Bengali or English followed by computer proficiency test.
