Hello, MBA in top institutes in India is done through CAT followed by other rounds of selection process. Your academic details also play a major role in your selection process so it is a good a idea to focus on your academics too if you are still studying. If not, you should try to add practical experiences to your profile in terms of work experience, internship and projects(this can be done while you are studying too) Being updated in the current affairs especially in Economy of the world and our country is important, for this following daily newspaper is a must. Also start practicing  daily - Quantitative aptitude, English, Logical reasoning alternative days. Start initially for 2 to 3 hours a day and  increase your preparation time gradually, as consistency is as important as practice.

Next round of selection process are- group discussion, written aptitude test and personal interview. Except interview rounds remaining  are not mandatory for all institutes, some will be held based on the particular institute
