As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above that you have to prepare really well and Hard for neet exam. As neet is one of the most attended exam for admission into mbbs or bds.

Go through the syllabus really well for each and every topics, study them well enough specially refer to ncerts amd practice from other books too.attempt numerous mock test for better scoring.

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

Or else, you can get admission with low cut off through management quota also.

Hello dear student,
I know the competition is tough and it's not easy to grab a seat in a government medical college but obviously with smart work you can easily get one . Just read and learn ncert.  Try to solve as many as questions you can solve that is MCQ'S and try to solve previous 20 year's question papers as you must be knowing before meet aipmt was there.  The pattern of the questions are same.  I hope this helps .
