Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
first and foremost rule is stick to the NCERT. Any concept that is not mentioned in the NCERT shouldn't be touched as of now. Keep it for extra lessons. Firstly complete the NCERT, you may take help from some standard books like H. C. Verna for physics, etc.
Secondly, maintain a healthy and hygienic routine, do not over stress yourself by cutting out on sleeping hrs or not having food properly, a healthy mind gives rise to healthy learning. Okay.
Thirdly, try to divide your time between the subjects. I have provided an outline for a timetable for studying for neet. I'll provide the link in the end.
Fourthly, practice within time limits. This is the most important. Practice as many papers, from the past 10 years and sample one, as you can. This would keep a check on your learning. If you haven't yet, join some test series, if your institute’s ain't enough.
