How to procces polytechnic after btech

You can apply in many private Institutions which take 2nd year lateral entry poly marks and in some Institutions you will have to give the entrance exam for the admission process

There are 2 ways to get admission in B.tech College after Polytechnic.
Firstly through lateral entry, its state level exam were you qualified will be directly admitted in the second year of the college alloted to you.
Secondly, you can take Entrance Exam like JEE Mains, BITSAT like any normal engineering aspirants.
To get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia in B.tech Course, you must appear in JEE Mains paper-1 examination.
