how to register for ntse and how can I give ntse test offline and where?

The NTSE 2019 exam will be conducted in offline mode. The centre for the exam will be mentioned in the admit card which will be released around the second week of October. You can check if the application form of NTSE has been released by your state and apply by clicking the link below:

NTSE stage 1 exam is conducted at state level by SCERT/DERT of States and UTs. You can apply from the link below according to the state you reside in.

NTSE application forms for the various sites are available in the official websites of DERT/ SCERT or State Boards. It has to be filled and submitted offline to your school or the liaison officer of your state. You will also find it offline at your school. The form has to be filled offline, and the exam too is held offline. It would be advisable that you contact your school authorities in this regard.

Only students of class 10 can apply for the exam. The links to download the PDF application form for the various states are available here .
