You can register for Pre RMO through the centres registered for this examination. The list of these centres is already up and the registration will be from July 1 to July 7, 2019. For Open School (NIOS) students , registration will be through the online portal and will be subject to verification.
No, it won't be held in your schools. It is only held in KVs and JNVs and certain schools that register and get verified by MTA(M athematics Teachers’ Association).
