how to return ten thousand for neet councelling fees except one thousand?

Hello dear,

In case if you are not allotted a seat in any particular phase and do not want to proceed for another phase , then your security amount (Rs 10000) will be automatically credited to your registered bank account after the end of counselling procedure.
If you are alloted a college in phase 1 and even if you report to the college, you can leave the college (in case you do not like it) without loosing your security amount
But if you are alloted a seat in second phase and you report to the college and then if you want to leave the college, you have to lose this security amount.
