really feel sorry to hear about your health problem. but right now in india there is many treat ment available for hearing impairment. you can go in apollo hospitals , narayana health, this two hospitals has branches all over india and has good doctors and facility for patients.. In vellore, there is many good clinic available with low treatment fees. health is weath.
for jee main you need to study at least 8-9 hours daily. make short notes and follow arihant and tata mc graw books for practice problems.
