hey amith !
you haven't told the name of the examination you want to get 150 marks . but i will answer it as how to score good marks in physics or above 150 in jee mains
physics need crystal clear concepts so first you should buid you concept .you can watch videos on youtube or read your coaching institute study material
solve concepts of physics volume 1and 2 by HC Verma as it has good coceptual problems
do previous year papers and lots of practice papers .
be consistent and do hard work
