You haven't mentioned here your state and also about category, kindly mentioned these details in comment so we can answer you accordingly.

If you are from unreserved category for any top government college you have to score at least 480+ and for average government college it can between 420+ to 450+ . For private colleges if you get around 300+ . There are other type of college also like semi- government where cut off is 400 + . Now you can predict your college according your score.
