Firstly, I would like to tell you that travelling on two boats at the same time, would result in sinking of both the boats. Take 12 boards first & then you can prepare for JEE.
To prepare for 12th maths, first you need to go through NCERT for building your concepts & then you can go for other books like R.D Sharma etc.
