First of all go through your neet syllabus and revise it once , after revision , solve 1 mock test paper of neet examination.
Try to keep the environment just like actual neet exam i.e you should solve it in 3 hours .

After the mock test , calculate how much marks obtained, analyse what are the topics where you are making mistakes i.e the topics which are your weak point.

Thus , with the help of your performance in the mock test , you need to analyse the topics which you have not mastered and after that  focus on learning those weak areas.
And then revise your concept again and after 2-3 days ,write another mock test. Keep this cycle going on until all your weak topic get strong and you start getting very good marks in the mock test papers
