But you should target for a score of 470+. Scoring 470+ is not a difficult task. First solve minimum 10 previous year NEET/AIPMT question papers. Focus more on biology and put more efforts in reading NCERT Biology and solving NCERT Exemplar Biology. In Physics, just go through class 12 syllabus (or 11th) whichever you are comfortable with. And if you are clear with either 11 or 12 physics concepts and have solved previous year papers, you can surely get 80+ in Physics.

That leaves 390 more marks. In Biology you gotta aim for 290+ score. Go through NCERT properly and you will surely get 82-84 (328-336 marks) from NCERT book itself.

And now for 100 marks in Chemistry, put emphasis on these chapters -
