After 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, you need to apply for entrance examinations like JEE Main, BITSAT, MU OET, VITEEE, SRMJEEE, other state level entrance exams or university/institute level entrance tests. After the application form, you need to take your admit card for that respective exam and take the test. Your score/marks/ranks in the entrance test will determine your admission chances and whether you will paticipate in that respective counselling or not.

However, the choice of entrance exams is completely yours.
