Hello,
You can take a passport size photo by visiting to near by photo studio. You can tell them that you need a passport size photo. You cannot do it by yourself unless you know how to do. There are certain measurement required and that can be done by photo studio and he will give a passport size photo which is generally accepted.
While applying for any exam you must have a recent passport size photo. And while uploading for any exam, you should have a scan copy of your passport size photo. While uploading do see the rules of photo uploading, they will accept a jpg format. Photo should be clear, and size should be according to their demand. Hope this is helpful.

In India the passport size photo dimensions are of 22 inches , 3.53.5 cm, 3535 mm.
If it is for NEET application, photo should be
2.53.5 inches with 72 DPI, and the uploading size of the photo should be in 10-200 kb in JPG or JPEG format.
You can take a Passport size photo in a studio nearby. If you have a camera and a Photographer, then setting a plane background with perfect lighting will help you. It is better to go to a Studio for the Photo
