how to understand coding well?

Assuming you know basics of programming ,any code will have a body .Start by breaking the codes by function ,try and understand the function. Some codes are tricky but they all follow basic rules ,try to understand what's the result the code produced then look at the codes how it happened .

Hello aspirant, for understanding coding, you should be familiar with the basics, you can do that by watching the unlimited number of tutorials which are available online on youtube, coursera and other websites, practice number of problems inorder to gain that knowledge and understand coding well.
