To upload the same, visit the official site of JEE advanced.
https://cportal.jeeadv.ac.in/
A link is provided under the name of Foreign/ OBC NCL Certificate Upload .
To upload a new file, you can delete the previous one, and then upload the new file.

But i have checked the site and there is no such link right now. is it going to appear after few days?
