To work well in your class 12th, the first and foremost thing is to avoid using your phone regulary. Be inactive for few days on social media accounts. Concentrate mainly on main concepts, definitions and Formulas. Check the previous year question papers for which you Are studying

Here you should plan schedule and make it as a daily timetable. If you won't sit to study for long hours add constructive breaks in between.

First you need to clear all your concepts by ncerts
Don't miss any topic in prescribed books at any cost, no matter how small or insignificant your teachers say it is. Better to read academic textbook for understanding purpose.
Read and understand all illustrations. Then go for practicing the questions .
Practice the questions wisely - cover all topics, attempt more questions of important topics.
Attempt tricky questions to analyse the topic to answer the questions .
Also try to read and practice 10 years question papers for maths and other subjects.
Avoid exam stress
Stay away from distractions while preparing for the exam.
